time enough for art

Before artist dabbled in oil, we worked in egg tempera. From Egyptian sarcophaguses, to religious icons, to present day abstracts it has always been part of our craft. 
Egg tempera is a natural fit for my woodworking. The use of metal leaf has added a new dimension. I celebrate creation inspired by centuries old techniques. I strive to inspire reverence for nature and to open our  hearts to our kinship with all life.
